Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by User (Pre-Dispatch): The User may cancel the booking without penalty prior to engineer assignment.

Cancellation After Assignment/Dispatch: A cancellation fee may be levied once an engineer has been assigned or dispatched.

No-Show Policy: If the User is unavailable at the scheduled time/location, the booking may be treated as completed and charges may apply.

Company Cancellation Rights: The Company reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, technical limitations, or safety concerns.

Non-Repairable Devices: If the device is deemed beyond repair, only the inspection fee shall be charged.

Workshop Repair Cancellation: Once the device is accepted at the service center and repair work has commenced, cancellation requests may not be entertained.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed only for eligible cases and subject to management approval.

Refund Timeline: Approved refunds shall be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.

Advance Payment Refund: Advance payments may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the stage of service delivery.

Force Majeure Clause: The Company shall not be liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond its control (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, etc.).
