➢ Spare Parts Charges: Charges for replacement parts, accessories, or additional components shall be billed separately.
➢ Price Variation: Final charges may vary depending on hidden defects identified during repair, subject to user consent.
➢ Payment Obligation: The User shall ensure full payment before delivery/return of the device in case of off-site repair.
➢ Accepted Payment Methods: Payments may be made via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, or other approved modes available in the app.
➢ Invoice & Tax Compliance: All payments shall be invoiced in accordance with applicable GST laws.
➢ Warranty Disclaimer: Warranty, if any, shall be limited to the specific service or parts replaced and does not cover misuse, liquid damage, or external factors.
➢ Right to Withhold Delivery: The Company reserves the right to retain the device until all dues are cleared.
